The coupon is issued by Fox Renderfarm and is provided to users to deduct costs after the job rendering is completed.
There are two ways to get the coupon. One is through the Fox Renderfarm platform, where they are automatically applied to your account. The second is to obtain the discount code and enter it on the platform to redeem it.
What types of coupons?
Fox Renderfarm has 3 types of coupons, including General Coupon, CPU Coupon, and GPU Coupon.
General Coupon can be used on both GPU and CPU platforms;
CPU Coupon can only be used on the CPU platform;
GPU Coupon can only be used on the GPU platform;
Where to find the coupon?
After logging in to Fox Renderfarm, enter the user center and view your coupons in the left menu bar [Coupon].
How to redeem?
If you have some coupon codes, you can redeem them for rendering coupons by enter the coupon codes.
Where to find coupon redeem records?
Go to the left menu [Recharge records] of user center, and you can check coupon recharge records.
How to transfer to sub-account?
If you have sub-accounts, you can transfer the coupons from the master account to the sub-account for use. The coupons transferred to the sub-account cannot be transferred back to the main account.
Step 1: Click [Transfer to sub account].
Step 2: Select a sub-account and input the amount, the amount entered cannot exceed the balance of this coupon.
After the transfer is successful, you can search for the transfer record in [Transfer Record].
