Q: I need to download the source file from the farm due to some reasons. How can I download the source file?
A: Our farm reserves the customer's source file for 20 days. You can log in fox renderfarm and switch to the correct platform to download. If it exceeds 20 days, our system will automatically delete your source file.
Q: What expired jobs mean?
A: Jobs with expired status only support viewing job information and do not support operations such as re-submitting and downloading. The following are conditions for expired jobs:
1. The completion time of rendering jobs exceeds 20 days.
2. Jobs happen before the platform is optimized and upgraded.
