At the SIGGRAPH 2022, Pixar’s technical artist Dylan Sisson revealed that Renderman 25 will add the new feature AI Denoiser, which was developed by Disney researchers.
The stylized rendering is another new feature, but this one will be available in the commercial version of Renderman 25, instead of being implemented in the non-commercial version, which is completely free.
Renderman 25 is scheduled to be released at the end of the year.
