15006 Failed to Acquire Scene Camera Information

          1.     This is due to no camera is detected in the scene or plug-in camera is used, the plug-in camera is not successfully loaded causing the system could not detect the camera.

2.     An external reference object or scene is used, but the camera is at the external reference file.

3.     When the “Enable scene parameter modification” at the desktop client is not checked, the scene of the current active view is non-camera view, thus the task will get stuck during analysis stage.

4.     Turn on the scene and check if the camera exists, if it does not exist, then the scene cannot be rendered. After opening the scene, press the shortcut key “C”, the figure below shows up, it means that no camera is found. The user will need to create a new camera, save the scene and resubmit the task again.

5.     Open the scene file and check whether the current activated view is camera view, if not, please change the current activated view to the corresponding camera view and press the shortcut key “C”.

6.     If the camera exists, but the activated view is not camera view, then the user can check “Enable scene parameter modification” option at “Setting” – “Preference” – “General Setting”, then resubmit the task and the task will be reanalyzed. Then, at the parameter setting panel, select the camera to be rendered and submit.
